Job description

The Stellantis Product Design Office (PDO) is seeking a highly motivated UX Design Operations Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution across User Experience design programs. This role operates at the intersection of design, engineering, software, and fabrication, translating UX concepts into structured execution plans and ensuring delivery through high-quality physical and digital prototypes. This includes early-stage design assets, bench-top models, BUCs, and integrated cockpit experiences. The ideal candidate brings strong operational rigor, the ability to synthesize inputs across diverse cross-functional teams, and a passion for enabling clinic-able User Experience design.
