Domain Architect

Job description

The Domain Architect is responsible for developing technical certifications that enable CNS teams to successfully design, deploy and support CNS products and solutions. The role requires an experienced team member with demonstrated technical competence across multiple CNS products. They must maintain technical proficiency with the latest product releases and evolutions, and disseminate this knowledge to the broader CNS community in a timely manner. A Domain Architect should have a deep understanding of how competency programs impact CNS technical competence, as well as the career growth and mobility of others. - Develop, update and support practitioner training content for L3 (Professional) product certifications based on latest product releases - Develop and support hands-on lab exercises for L3 (Professional) certifications on Nokia blueprint cloud infrastructure - Champion communities of practice for CNS products in area of expertise, including mentoring/On Job Training for L3+ (Professional with at least 6 months experience) certification candidates and leading technical jury panels for L4 (Expert) certifications - Acquire and maintain technical competence with latest releases...
