Senior Project Manager – (Federal) Location: Corpus Christi, TX: Job Summary: The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for leading all phases of a large-scale federal construction project—from preconstruction through final turnover and government acceptance. The SPM serves as the primary day-to-day contact for the client, including USACE or NAVFAC representatives, and provides leadership to both in-house and field teams. Responsibilities include oversight of submittals and shop drawings, cost control, schedule execution, federal reporting requirements, and coordination with government officials for inspections, commissioning, and compliance. The SPM ensures all subcontractors maintain strict adherence to federal quality, safety, and contractual standards.
