Job description
Provide analytics support to the global Marketing organization, with a focus on understanding and improving the end ‑ to ‑ end guest experience across our hotel portfolio. Your day to day: Analyze guest, marketing, and hotel performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Tableau that make insights easy to understand and act on Write and optimize SQL queries to pull data from multiple sources Partner with stakeholders across marketing, brands, regional operations, business intelligence & data engineering teams to develop reporting & insights Translate analytical findings into clear, concise stories for business audiences Support ad ‑ hoc analysis requests and help prioritize based on business impact Continuously refine metrics, definitions, and methodologies to improve data quality and consistency Analyze internal and external data to improve performance measurement and interpretation Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests for performance and guest experience data Identify and communicate performance trends and insights to relevant stakeholders Develop action ‑ oriented insights aligned to stakeh...
