Digital Product Manager

What's the Short Version? The Digital Product Manager is responsible for shaping and overseeing the evolution and implementation of both vendor-supplied tools and the team's own digital products into the SanMar customer experience. This includes the ongoing evolution of our digital strategies and tools unique to our industry and business, including existing customer-facing platforms (websites, mobile, e-commerce platforms) as well as new digital initiatives. This requires a strong data driven, high-touch product manager who thrives on putting customers front and center. What Will You Be Doing?: - Provide leadership and expertise in the development, optimization, and maintenance of customer-centric products, interfaces and vendor integrations. - Identify, scope, and execute innovative digital and related selling tools to enrich our customer’s ability to create and sell customized, decorated products, as well as reduce friction from customer’s interactions with all digital touchpoints. - Advocate for the customer and the experiences they have with Sanmar's digital product tools —how they find them, how they interact with them, and how they use these tools to make decisions. - Maintai...
