SUMMARY: The Data Analyst within the FP& A department plays a key role in transforming financial and operational data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the manufacturing organization. This position supports budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis and performance tracking by leveraging data analytics to improve financial visibility and efficiency. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Financial Data Analysis: - Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from ERP, manufacturing, and accounting systems. - Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting by validating and visualizing key performance indicators (KPI). - Perform detailed variance analysis on production costs, material usage, and operating expenses. - Analyze profitability by product line, plant, or customer segment to guide strategic pricing and resource allocation decisions.
