Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Position purpose: In support of the Chief Financial Office and the Director of Finance, supports the direction and development of the long-term organizational financial strategy and operations for Trinity Health Medical Group. The Manager of Finance is responsible for oversight of the Senior Financial Analysts. Manager will be responsible for developing, interpreting and implementing complex financial and accounting concepts or techniques to support financial planning and control as well as providing financial business development, analytical services and recommendations that influence sound business decisions, enable delivery of business objectives and guide longterm business planning choices within West Michigan sites, divisions or at the organizational level. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting Broad based experience knowledge of finance, business planning, cost accounting/service line analysis and budgeting normally obtained over five (5) to eight (8) years of progressive financial experience.
