Job DetailsJob Location: Pursuit FL - Fort Pierce, FL 34946Key Objective: Successfully prepare Molds and Master patterns for production and mold lamination teams Maintain schedule and quality Job Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Wet/Dry sand master/mold surfaces and buff to a polished surface Identify surface defects Sand prep surfaces for spray repairs Willing to work all shifts Work on any special projects as needed Do housekeeping and other job-related duties assigned by supervisor Maintain department schedule to meet key milestones Other duties may be assigned Tape and prepare molds and master patterns for spraying Make sure that molds and masters are clean with no contaminates before spraying Wax finished tools in preparation for production part or mold builds Ensure all operations are performed safely Maintain all areas and keep equipment clean, neat, and organized at all times Conduct daily routine maintenance of equipment Store all materials safely at the end of the day Train Sander level employees.
