About the Opportunity Hays Electrical Services is seeking a high-performing Project Controller to support large-scale commercial, multifamily, and mission-critical electrical projects across Texas and nationally. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at or above target margins . You’ll partner directly with Project Managers, field leadership, and executive teams to drive financial performance, cost control, and operational efficiency across complex builds. What You’ll Do: - Own project financials from kickoff through closeout across multiple electrical construction projects - Develop and maintain cost forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis - Lead monthly WIP reporting , ensuring accurate revenue recognition and margin tracking - Partner with Project Managers to identify financial risks and implement corrective actions - Track and analyze labor productivity and job cost performance - Manage the change order process (pricing, tracking, approvals, and impact to budget) - Monitor subcontract...
