Job description

Purpose of Position: RK Industries is a rapidly growing organization seeking a Associate General Counsel to join its corporate legal team and report directly to the General Counsel. This position will serve as a key legal partner supporting several of RK Industries’ operating divisions, with a primary focus on the company’s manufacturing operations, including modular manufacturing and mission-critical infrastructure businesses. The Associate General Counsel will provide strategic and practical legal advice across a broad range of matters including commercial contracting, construction and manufacturing risk management, claims and dispute resolution, corporate governance, and compliance. The role will work closely with executive leadership, operations, finance, and project teams to help identify and mitigate legal risk while supporting the company’s continued growth.
