About the role We are looking for a Sales Team Lead / Sales Manager to join a fast-growing European B2B SaaS company within hospitality tech. The company develops an AI-powered platform that helps hotels and other accommodation providers increase revenue, drive more direct bookings, and streamline operations. This role is central to the companys continued growth journey and involves leading, developing, and scaling a sales team in an international and highly ambitious environment. Your responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Account Executives and SDRs, with a strong focus on performance, engagement, and long-term growth.
