Responsible for translating the district's overarching coaching frameworks into direct training and resources. The core function of this role is to coach leaders on how to coach. Working collaboratively across the Leader Development department, this role ensures that building leaders, central office staff, and peer leaders have the specific skills and observation tools they need to effectively coach the adults on their teams.
