Ensuring Chart’s Success… REQUIREMENTS - MUST BE ABLE TO DO THE FOLLOWING: - Experience in developing supply chain management strategies required - Creative thinker with strong analytical skills required - Good negotiation skills required - Strong understanding of contracts, contract requirements, and contract management required - Systems skills (procurement related) required - Solid interpersonal skills and strong communicator required - Knowledge of steel/metal production process and markets preferred - Understanding of international business and international sourcing process preferred - Cross disciplinary experience is highly valued and preferred - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred - Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures - Ability to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job - Ability to work independently making sound and reasonable judgments - Ability to work within group and cross functional environment - Ability to work under immediate supervision - Primary job functions may typically require exercising independent judgment - Knowledge of JD Edwards or similar ERP system What Will You Do...
