Job description

This position cleans and maintains all public areas in a manner which reflects the high standard of excellence of the Harrah’s Resort Southern California. - Maintain assigned areas. - Able to provide information and directions to inquiring guests. - Complete all tasks as assigned by supervisor. - Clean and sweep paper and debris off the floor. - Clean and maintain slot machines and stands. - Clean walls, stalls, shelving, telephones, brass rails, doors, glass, mirrors, and any surface needing cleaning attention - Clean and maintain cleanliness of restrooms. - Clean and refresh ashtrays and ash urns - Restock with supplies (paper products) and chemicals work area (as needed) - Performs proper and trained cleaning procedures when blood borne pathogens are involved. - Vacuum, remove trash, and remove or transport items from one area to another as assigned. - Mopping floors - Must be able to operate vacuum cleaners or floor cleaning equipment (mop, broom etc.) - Meets the attendance guidelines and adheres to departmental and company policies. - Perform other duties as assigned. - Prior Custodial or Housekeeping experience preferred. - Must be a least 21 years of age. - Must present a w...
