About the Opportunity We are seeking a proactive Collections Officer to join our Finance team. This role plays an important part in supporting the financial health of the firm by managing outstanding debtor balances and working collaboratively with our Principals and practice teams to ensure timely collections. This position would suit someone with experience in accounts receivable, credit control or collections, particularly within a professional services or legal environment, who enjoys building strong relationships while confidently managing debtor outcomes. The Collections Officer is responsible for the effective management of the firm’s debtor portfolio. You will work closely with Principals, fee earners and the Finance team to support timely cash flow while maintaining positive client relationships.
