Job Description: The Moulding Process Engineer is responsible for process capability, cost reduction and continuous improvement project implementation within their designated manufacturing unit. Support capacity planning and growth, as well as define budgeted rates and process documentation Main responsibilities are: - Implement and maintain BD Excellence processes in the manufacturing unit. - Identify critical equipment settings and create standards. - Develop and transfer technical knowledge to operators and technical associates. - Coach associates on continuous improvement methodologies. - Analyze top losses and implement plans to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). - Manage change control, including validation activities, roo...
