Vehicle Performance Business Manager is responsible for: Budget Management: External labor, indirect costs, travel, overtime (OT)... VEPE Workload and Headcount Management: Workload planning, headcount tracking, and maintenance of the workload tracker/dashboard VEPE Standard Curve Refinement: Creation of standard curves, including “recipes” at the component level Hiring Activities: Workforce planning, hiring needs alignment, and coordination with stakeholders, assessments.... Presentations and Strategic Support: Development and delivery of presentations related to resources, want to be proposals, CIE, planning reviews, leadership meetings, and townhalls Engagement and Culture Initiatives: Support and coordination of team engagement events such as townhalls, picnics, volunteering activities, and other employee engagement initiatives.
