Director, Product Innovation Position Summary: Develop innovative home service subscription products that create a competitive advantage in the market and increase consumer appeal. Product development actions should be focused on all the different stages involved in taking a product from an idea to the consumer. Managing the product innovation pipeline, research and testing, in addition to prioritization and ROI for these efforts, is critical. Ultimately, achieve our business objectives – Revenue / LTV (Retention) / CAC. Responsibilities: Requirements: Education: - Identify a market need: Identify a problem and create a product to solve that problem by talking to customers, completing surveys, and using market research. - Quantify the need: Determine if the problem is large enough to warrant a product-based solution and if the customers are willing to pay for this solution. - Conceptualize the product: Apply creativity and innovation to figure out the product solution. - Validate the solution: Test whether the solution product is viable, worth pursuing, and liked by the target users. - Build a roadmap: Identify goals and themes for development and solve the most important challenge...
