Full time, fixed term till Dec 2026 Shape impactful policy that drives a leading university forward HE0 8: $126,065 - $142,171 plus 17% Superannuation About the opportunity: As a Policy Officer , you will join a high-performing team within the Office of General Counsel, contributing to a major project to enhance and modernise the University’s policy framework. You will play a key role in ensuring policy documents are clear, accessible, compliant and aligned to strategic priorities, supporting effective decision-making across the institution. Working closely with policy and document owners across the University, you will drive best-practice policy development, embed continuous improvement processes, and uplift policy capability across stakeholder groups. This role offers variety, stakeholder engagement and the opportunity to influence how policy supports operational excellence and compliance in a complex environment.
