Location: Frankfort Hospital: Requirements: - Requires a Master's Degree from an accredited academic program in speech pathology; or, if foreign trained, graduation from a speech pathology education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA. - Requires current license in the State of Indiana. - Requires a certificate of clinical competence awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility for this certificate. Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. - Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. Roles and Responsibilities: Performs speech pathology services including diagnostic evaluations to determine level of impairment.
