Job Description: - You are responsible for spot check and review activities to verify and document the implementation of requirements in business and organizational units in the areas of export control, sanctions law, and customs. - You take over potential forensic compliance investigations and derive root cause and gap analyses from them. Beside others, also IT-based and data model-driven. - With your efforts, you implement, operate, and continuously develop an effective Compliance Management System (sCMS) in the areas of export control, sanctions law, and customs. - Furthermore, you set up a monitoring system to verify the completeness, effectiveness, and efficiency of global compliance processes - including master data and business processes in GTS. - Finally, you support the definition and operation of global risk monitoring systems, the internal control system (ICS), and other IT tools to ensure compliance in the aforemen...
