Process Improvement Specialist

Job description

Here’s what you’ll be doing: - Prioritizing and implementing process change requirements based on the critical needs and exposure to risk. - Review current processes, metrics, and performance trends to identify root causes. - Design, develop and execute processes or projects throughout all phases of planning, communicating, training, and implementing to achieve expected results. - Audit the completion of project and applicable grant objectives as well as operational and fiscal responsibilities. - Develop communication and needed training for recommended changes. - Uses project management skills and tools to manage projects also develop and implement communication and training plans. - Assures policy management documents align with organizational/divisional/departmental strategies and document how the process improvement efforts contribute to the fulfillment of the strategic plan. - Participate in the preparation, review, interpretation, and analysis of data that supports the execution of the master strategic plan, including but not limited to employee engagement, key performance indicators, and other measurable outcomes. - Develop, participate, and ensure the completion of Correcti...
