The Camp Leader supervises counselors, coordinates activities, maintains attendance and incident records, and ensures a safe, engaging environment for campers. Essential Job Duties: Oversee the day to day operations of assigned camp by interacting with camp staff and campers. Fill in for missing staff and take a group when necessary. Oversee and ensure quality production of camp staff. Prepare and submit lesson plans and supply requests per timeline set by Recreation Services Manager Understand principles, practices, and objectives of community recreation.
