Summary : Director of Reporting Governance & Jurisdictional Oversight is responsible for researching, analyzing, and maintaining comprehensive information on state and jurisdictional requirements related to the reporting of human trafficking incidents involving both adults and children. This role applies independent judgement to interpret statutory frameworks and determine the applicability of reporting requirements across jurisdictions. It supports national initiatives to strengthen reporting systems by identifying statutory guidelines, mandated reporting criteria, and designated reporting entities across all U.S. states and territories.
