Your Assignment: As Partner Capability & Platform Manager, you will support the rollout and adoption of partner capabilities and platforms that enable Philips to work more effectively with Health Systems partners across the International Region. You will help ensure partners understand, adopt, and use Philips capability frameworks, tools, and training consistently to improve execution and business results. This role reports to the Partner Capability Leader within the International Region Partner Operations & Direct Export organization . The Partner Capability Team strengthens how Philips engages with partners by building shared capabilities, platforms, and learning journeys.
