Lead Teacher Key Responsibilities: Qualifications: Lead Position: Candidates should have a minimum of six months of experience teaching in a licensed early childhood program, a CDA, or a degree in an education related field. Assistant Position: Experience in an early childhood classroom is a plus but not required.
