Adjunct Faculty - Bioversity, Introductory Lab Operations

The School of Professional Studies is seeking adjunct instructors to deliver in-person workforce training for MassBio’s Bioversity program. This 8-week, noncredit program prepares adult learners for entry-level roles in biotechnology lab operations. This role is designed for professionals with hands-on experience in laboratory operations, facilities, or support functions within biotech, pharma, or research environments. The instructor will translate real-world lab workflows into practical, job-ready training that prepares learners to succeed in roles such as lab technician, lab operations associate, or facilities support. Students are non-traditional adult learners preparing to enter the biotech workforce.
