You’ll sit at the intersection of Talent, Total Rewards, and People Technology , translating thoughtful programs into intuitive, scalable, and well‑governed system solutions that leaders and team members actually enjoy using. This role is a high‑impact consultative partner role for someone who deeply understands how Workday can (and should) support Performance, Goals, Succession, Skills, and Compensation. Your success will show up in frictionless cycles, confident leaders, clean configurations, strong adoption, and a platform that just works.
