Division: Operations Closing Date: Until Filled: Location: 4305 East 21st Ave., Tampa, FL 33605 Salary Range: $55,458.00 - $64,250.00: POSITION PURPOSE: The Planner 1 assists in tabulating, gathering, and analyzing operational data necessary to evaluate service delivery and assisting with the key functions related to the timely delivery of each mark up. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Assist with reporting to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) National Transit Database (NTD) for HART modes: bus, paratransit and streetcar. - Assist with maintaining the HART bus stop database to track transit stop amenities and geographical information - Analyze, update, and maintain scheduling data and make appropriate modifications and recommend changes when appropriate. - Conduct field studies for existing or planned routes to determine operating and environmental conditions for recommending service changes and/or new routes. - Assist with developing business intelligence tools to aid in the monitoring of key agency KPI’s, NTD reporting. - Support development of the Transit Development Plan (TDP) and annual updates, including mapping, spatial analysis, document review, comparative route analysis,...
