Job description

Material Handler Oconee Facility: Primary Purpose: Under general supervision, work as part of the production control team operating a forklift to receive and move raw materials and parts throughout the plant as required by production. Primary Duties: - Receive and move raw materials and parts to prescribed departments and locations in a timely manner - Load finished goods onto trucks for out-going shipments - Supply production lines with necessary materials when required - Move miscellaneous scrap materials out of production areas to warehouse or yard - Label and identify product correctly and move inventory via BES software - Keep work areas clean and orderly - Strictly adhere to all plant safety rules - Take active part in group meetings to maintain safety, quality, and increase productivity and morale. - Performs other tasks as assigned.
