Job Details: Shift - 3rd Pay - $18.85 + $2.00 Shift differential Plant: Further Processing Nights: Support and promote a team atmosphere on the line. Is also responsible for monitoring product flow for maximum efficiency and for reporting any and all discrepancies to supervision. This person helps the supervisor in the overall operations of the line. This person will also help the supervisor with paperwork at the end of each shift. This person will help in the operations of all equipment necessary for proper product flow. Requirements: Must have 1 year experience in a lead, trainer, or supervisory capacity -- preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Tasks: Set-up and tear down all equipment required to run a given product. Be responsible for maintaining proper operating speed to maximize product efficiency and to minimize equipment downtime. Obtain daily, weekly and monthly production goals. Understand and report on KPIs. Work as a team with line coordinator to efficiently operate the line.
