R esponsibilities: Existing and New Business: - Assists in preparation of pitch documents and submissions. - Works with TR team to draft new business proposals and presentations, financial models, cash flow projections, valuation models, industry and market specific overviews and lease comparisons. - Contributes to local and Australian based market research requests to support pitches and brokerage opportunities locally. - Management of the digital case study library and proactively supporting the team to prepare new content as relevant.
