Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Efficient setup and startup: As a setter, you are responsible for independently setting up tools, machines, and their peripherals, as well as the smooth startup of injection molding machines and other equipment such as Arburg. - Process optimization and monitoring: You continuously optimize and monitor production processes, finishing machines, and other peripheral devices to ensure maximum efficiency and quality. - Quality control and documentation: By monitoring ongoing production and documenting process flows, you actively contribute to quality assurance. - Responsibility and participation in improvement projects: You are responsible for material provision and the required quality level while actively participating in improvement projects and measures such as Kaizen. - Troubleshooting and team support: In case of disruptions during the shift, you are on hand to resolve them quickly and effectively - Technical training and experience: Ideally, you have completed training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology or have a comparable technical qualification.
