Responsible for overseeing all Beverage and Pool operations at Harrah’s including staffing, scheduling staff and overall management and development of team members, vendor relationships, marketing, and entertainment initiatives for The Pool at Harrah’s Atlantic City Starting Salary $75,000- $85,000: Minimum of five years’ experience in a high-volume upscale food and beverage operation. Demonstrated experience in management of high-volume entertainment facility, multi-faceted hospitality operation and nightlife operation. Red Cross Certified in CPR and First Aid are required.
