The ideal candidate will have experience with making large quantities of desserts, attention to detail and efficiency for our Michelin caliber restaurants. POSITION SUMMARY The Pastry Prep Cook is responsible for maintaining quality of products prepared, positive guest interactions and proper cash handling of sales, sanitation standards, inventory, and opening or closing duties of the restaurant.
