Your Role: As a Technical Solutions & Product success manager at Platform24's Amsterdam office, you will have a vital role working dynamically with our commercial expansion and customer onboarding. You will sit right in the middle of everything that happens with our customers. You will work highly independently as part of a small local team, while collaborating closely with the tech sales and Professional Services in Stockholm. The role requires close day-to-day collaboration with the Country Sales Manager and Stockholm-based teams, while owning and driving your own work end-to-end. While your daily tasks will naturally shift depending on the customer cycle, your overall focus will generally be distributed as follows: Solution consulting (50%): Secure the technical win and define project scope. You will partner with the Country Sales Manager and Account Directors to uncover customer challenges, deliver impactful product demos, translate requirements into concrete Statements of Work (SOW), and drive the technical components of RFP/RFI responses.
