Candidates should have experience directly or indirectly related to the Mortgage Industry. Under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager, the job responsibilities of the Branch Marketing Assistant position include, but are not limited, to the following: Referral Partner Relationships Place calls to Referral Partners and follow up on a regular basis. Marketing Responsibilities: Event planning and coordination. Social Media Management. Obtain approval from VP of Marketing for social media posts and updates. Database management. Set up appointments. Work with CRM software. Client Appreciation: Call client the day after the closing to once again thank them.
