Job Summary: The Human Resource Partner functions as the primary interface between Human Resources and operational units of the organization. Provides consultation and collaboration on a wide variety of human resources issues, providing feedback and linkage to the central Human Resource office. Acts as liaison to other human resource functions including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations, service center, compliance and staff development. Performs other duties as needed. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field. Minimum two years of experience as HR generalist or related area required; preferably three years. Minimum one year of previous management experience preferred; preferably in a health care setting. Knowledge and Skills: Must have knowledge of state and federal employment laws. Knowledge of The Joint Commission, CMS, and other healthcare agency regulations is preferred. Able to understand recruitment, compensation, organizational planning, organization development and training; understand employment laws and practices.
