As a library assistant for our Selby Library, you will stand as the direct point of contact for customers, resolving routine questions or problems, and referring more complex issues when necessary. About the Position: In this role, you will: Implement standards of service that ensure the prompt and efficient resolution of each inquiry by customers. Assist at all library service locations and stations. Offer directional and service-related information to users. Assist library users in person, by phone, or electronically. Serve in material checkout/check-in, retrieve and process reserves, billing, and missing items. Perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance.
