We are seeking a Hospital Manager to join our team. This key leadership role requires someone with strong interpersonal and organizational skills who can help us continue delivering exceptional patient care and outstanding client service. About the Role: Under the guidance of the Field Leadership team and in partnership with the Medical Director, the Hospital Manager plays a critical role in the daily operations of the hospital. This includes supporting the team, overseeing business functions, and ensuring a culture of excellence in both medical care and client service. You’ll be responsible for mentoring and developing hospital staff, managing operations and facility maintenance, supporting business growth and profitability, and helping to build a collaborative, respectful, and compassionate workplace.
