Job Location MINNEAPOLIS SALES OFFICE: Job Description: The Sales Operations Specialist (SOS) delivers technical expertise to drive superior work processes and execution for multiple categories on the Target Team. The SOS role is primarily responsible for: Building team capacity and effectiveness via ownership of processes within core business deliverables including: category promotion input and maintenance, sales plan maintenance in Salesforce, trade fund management inputs, standard business reporting . Develop productive working relationships with key customer contacts and internal partners. Job Qualifications: Operational Discipline – Attention to detail, high level of organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a team environment Initiative – Self motivated with a get-up-and-go attitude.
