These positions are Seasonal Part-time and event-based. Position Overview: As a Security Event Staff Member at Southern Methodist University (SMU), you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all attendees, athletes, staff, and guests across a variety of SMU Athletics events. This includes home games for Football, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Men’s and Women’s Soccer, and Women’s Volleyball. You will be stationed at key access points, crowd control zones, and other critical areas throughout the venue to monitor activity, enforce venue policies, and provide guidance to guests as needed.
