As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, you'll act as the frontline contact by answering both English and Spanish Florist's calls and processing all customer requests. Customer Service is the one stop shop for our florists. Each interaction with our florists should be used to reinforce Teleflora's commitment to superior Customer Service.
