Job Title: Family Medicine Physician Work Environment: Outpatient private practice with three established locations Location: Phoenix, AZ: Hours & Schedule: Full-time or Part-time, Monday–Friday Travel Required: None: Salary / Hourly Rate: $225,000 – $260,000 per year Bonus Offered: RVU-based bonus: Benefits Offered: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), CME Why work with us: We care about provider care as much as we do about patient care.
