About the role We are looking for a senior UX Lead with strong expertise in Information Architecture (IA) to join the Next Generation Intranet (NGI) program within Strategy & Communications (XCDC). The NGI initiative aims to create a modern, personalised, and scalable intranet that enhances the employee experience across Scania. It will consolidate the current intranet landscape (Reflex and Scania World in Staffbase) into a unified digital workplace that supports both global alignment and strong local relevance.
