Utz Quality Foods is looking to grow our loyal, career driven, and customer focused team, and is currently recruiting for a Seasoner to work from our manufacturing facility located in Wilkes Barre, PA on 1st shift. As a Seasoner, this candidate will be responsible for operation of spice machines assuring consistent flow of spice application. This position is scheduled to work Mon-Fri 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Key Responsibilities: - Monitors and fills spice machines as necessary. - Ensures that there is consistent flow of potato chips on conveyor and correct amount of spice flowing onto chips. - Makes sure the salts are within standard. - Maintains accurate records of spices used. - Responsible to keep spices with allergens stored away from other spices. - Communicates frequently with inspectors, packers, packaging machine operators and quality assurance lab to guarantee product quality Requirements: - English proficiency, required - Spanish proficiency, highly preferred - Knowledge of food safety practices, GMPs, and SQF requirements Our Recruitment Process: - Easy Application (5 mins): Introduce yourself and answer a few key questions to get started. - Engaging Chat Interview (20-25 mins...
