Description PURPOSE: The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and overall functionality of the organization’s buildings, infrastructure, and Manufacturing Equipment as well as the Production Maintenance and Machine Shop Departments. This role ensures that continuous manufacturing operations are uninterrupted by ensuring all maintenance departments operate efficiently, comply with regulations, and provide a safe and productive environment for employees and visitors. Additionally, the Facilities Manager provides critical support to transformation and modernization of both Facilities and Capital Equipment. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support locations both locally and nationally by onsite visits, evaluations, project management, facility improvements, and as a resource to those facilities’ middle and upper management. - Develop, present, and maintain expenses, CAPEX, and Utility Budgets for yearly costing. - Manage Production maintenance, Facility Maintenance, and Machine Shop personnel. - Evaluate possible future properties for viability as acquisitions. - Participate in the bidding and procurement of utilities (i.e. natural gas, electricity, oil e...
