Job Summary: The Specimen Management Associate supports the receipt, handling, storage, and shipment of clinical specimens while ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. What You'll Be Doing: - Assist with the receipt of consignments and shipments of clinical specimens - Open shipments and perform quality checks of patient information forms, escalating issues as needed - Ensure specimens are removed from kit packaging by completing secondary checks of shipping materials - Prepare specimens for long-term storage, client shipment, or sample disposition - Dispose of or recycle kit shipping supplies according to procedures - Support after-hour alarms and other job-critical functions as required - Assist with equipment maintenance, supply inventory, and workstation organization What We Are Looking For: - High school diploma or equivalent education r...
