As GemLife’s event portfolio expands, we’re searching for a passionate Assistant/Sous Chef to join our Events & Lifestyle team and support the delivery of high-quality food experiences at our lifestyle and corporate events. Working alongside our Executive Chef, you’ll help elevate the resident and guest experience across our national resort network. From long-table dinners and cocktail parties to wellness experiences and launch events, this is a dynamic hands-on role for someone who thrives on variety, quality, and service. This is initially a part time role across 3 days per week, with occasional weekends and some overnight travel required.
