Our product and engineering teams build the internal systems that keep our network running — from operational workflows to the back-office tooling that drives accuracy and efficiency at scale. About the role: We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of internal operational tooling at UniUni. The products you will manage power the back-office workflows that keep our logistics operations accurate, efficient, and scalable — the kind that, when they don't work, everyone notices. This is not a conventional product role. You will be close to the operation: present in the field, embedded with the teams who use what we build, and accountable for driving real adoption — not just shipping features. You will own your roadmap end to end, from problem definition through discovery, delivery, and adoption, and you will manage up, manage across, and stay close to the work.
